2. Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or appointments that are missed without prior notification, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled appointment.This policy allows us to manage appointment availability effectively and offer cancelled appointments to other patients who may require treatment.We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Where appropriate, exceptional circumstances may be considered at the clinic's discretion.If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you promptly and offer an alternative appointment.

Payment for all private consultations and treatments is required at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed in advance.Our fees will be communicated to you before treatment.
